You were going to queue anyway. Now it counts.

TeamFit Tactics matches your workouts against your TFT match history. Turn the minutes you spend sweating and queuing into leaderboard progress, step battles, and a fitness rank earned from Iron to Challenger.

Beyond the monthly board

Your TFT friends. Your fitness rivalry.

Validated minutes are still the foundation. Everything around them now makes the grind more social, more personal, and harder to abandon after one bad game.

01 / STEP BATTLES

Seven days. One friend. Every gaming step counts.

Challenge a friend to a head-to-head step battle. The score only includes steps taken while your TFT matches were running.

02 / FRIENDS

A leaderboard that knows your group chat

Switch between global and friends rankings, then compare validated time or steps without losing the TFT rank beside every name.

03 / ACTIVITY

See the game inside the workout

Your feed connects placement, comp, heart rate, steps, and workout time. Friends can cheer the sessions that deserve it.

04 / MOMENTUM

Streaks, achievements, and Season Wrapped

Keep a workout streak alive, collect monthly finishes, and replay the season through your own TFT-meets-fitness recap.

05 / FLEXIBLE LOGGING

Bring your watch—or just bring your phone

Use the built-in workout timer or sync Apple Health, Health Connect, and Samsung Health. A smartwatch is useful, not required.

FAQ

What is TeamFit Tactics?

TeamFit Tactics is a TFT fitness app that validates your workouts against your Teamfight Tactics match history. It cross-references your health data with Riot match timestamps — only the minutes you were exercising during a TFT game count toward the global leaderboard.

How does TFT fitness tracking work?

Start a workout on your heart-rate monitor or phone, then queue into TFT. When you sync in the app, it compares your workout timestamps with your TFT match history and calculates the exact overlap. Those validated minutes are added to your leaderboard score.

Is TeamFit Tactics free?

Yes, TeamFit Tactics is completely free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Do I need a smartwatch?

No. You can log workouts directly from the app itself, or sync them through Apple Health or Health Connect. A smartwatch just makes it more convenient since it records workouts automatically.

Does it work with other games?

TeamFit Tactics is built specifically for Teamfight Tactics. It uses the Riot Games API to pull your TFT match history for validation. If there's another game you'd like to see supported, let us know at [email protected].
